Gulfstream Shippers Association is proud to support organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact in the communities we serve. To help us thoughtfully review each request, please review the following guidelines before submitting your application.

• Donation requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event or requested fulfillment date.
• Please provide complete information regarding your organization, event, and how the requested donation will be used.
• Supporting documentation, such as an event flyer, sponsorship packet, or official request letter, may be included with your application.
• Due to the number of requests we receive, we may not be able to fulfill every request. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.
• Approved donations are made at the discretion of Gulfstream Shippers Association.
