Guide to Accessing Your Tracking Dashboard

Here is the revised text for the customer tracking dashboard setup instructions:

  • To begin, request user access and be sure to include the email names and corresponding email addresses.

  • Within 24 hours, you will receive a setup notification email from Gnosis Freight Authorization.

  • Proceed by clicking the "Activate Account" button within that email.

  • You will then be prompted to establish a new password.

  • Upon successful login, an automatic 11-step navigation tutorial will appear.

  • After you have completed the tutorial, navigate your browser to www.shipgulfstream.com.

  • Save the Gulfstream home page as a browser bookmark.

  • To get back to the tracking dashboard, use the "Track Shipment" link on the home page.

  • For all future logins, rely on your GSA bookmark and the "Track Shipment" button.
